The combined backward-radial extrusion process of Complex hollow profiles part with flange is considered. The flange shaping and simulation of power mode in combined backward-radial extrusion process with finite element method by QForm 2D/3D program software are determined. Results processing of power mode in the theoretical investigation from combined process are shown with graphic extrusion force dependence P from punch stroke S. Throughout the investigation, curve 1 is above the others (curves 2 and 3). Such as curve 1 corresponds to the largest values in the extrusion force P due to the greatest degree in deformation and the smallest height in the cavity for of the three cases flanges. It was found that with the movement of the active punch, the deformation force constantly increases from 0 until 700 kN. As also graphic extrusion force dependence P from relative magnitude h/t in punch stroke S = 6mm that extrusion force value decreases linearly from 470 until 300 kN, by reducing the possibility of material flow in the radial direction. When passing from the ratio h/t = 1.5 and h/t = 2, the extrusion force decreases by 4.3 %, respectively. When passing from the ratio h/t = 1 and h/t = 2, the extrusion force decreases by 14.3%, respectively.
